About Us

Dr. Zamberlan loves to provide comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages – from infants to seniors. She’s cheerful and honest and makes every patient feel completely comfortable. She works collaboratively with patients to achieve their best vision and eye health. She also treats eye conditions such as glaucoma, dry eyes, and diabetic retinopathy. 

She was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada and moved to Oregon in the early 1990’s. At home, she and her husband John and their dogs enjoy living and playing in the Pacific Northwest.

Dr Z graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry in 2004. She is an adjunct professor and teaches primary care clinic for third year optometry students at Pacific University.

Dr. Z is the winner of the 2020 Optometric Physicians Optometrist of the Year for the state of Washington!

Dr. Hu grew up in Oregon. She knew she wanted to be an optometrist since high school, which prompted her to attend Pacific University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in 2008. While in undergrad, she worked in the medical field as an optometric technician. She later earned her Doctor of Optometry Degree from Pacific University College of Optometry in 2012. She completed her clinical training in multiple hospital settings, and private practices, including optometry and ophthalmology co-management clinics, all of which provided her with extensive experience in managing a wide variety of ocular diseases and conditions. She is kind, caring, meticulous, and a great listener. She loves working one on one with patients, and helping them with their eye care needs. She is dedicated to her profession. In her
free time, she enjoys doing continuing education, to further her knowledge in optometry. She also loves to learn new ways to live a healthy lifestyle, getting creative with crafting projects, and spending time with family.
